BEFORE WE BUILD
Good questions. Clear answers.
Straightforward answers about pricing, timelines, integrations, payments, project ownership, maintenance and remote technology services in South Africa.

How much does a business website cost?
Our Website Starter package starts from R4 999 once-off. Final pricing depends on page count, content, design, functionality and integrations. Hosting, third-party services and ongoing support are quoted separately where applicable.
How much does custom software cost?
Custom software starts from R15 000 for a scoped project. This is an indicative starting point, rather than a price for every business system. We map users, workflows, integrations and support requirements before providing a quotation.
Do you work with businesses throughout South Africa?
Yes. We deliver projects remotely for businesses throughout South Africa. Discovery, reviews, training and support use WhatsApp, email and scheduled calls. Customer-facing schedules use Africa/Johannesburg time.
Can you integrate with our existing software?
We assess the product, version, available APIs, permissions and provider terms first. Where a supported connection is practical, we scope the integration, data mapping, failure handling and any third-party charges.
Can you integrate WhatsApp?
We can add a click-to-chat link or assess an official WhatsApp Business Platform integration. Automated messaging depends on provider access, applicable consent requirements, message rules and fees. We do not use unofficial automation.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Support can be included through an agreed maintenance or software support plan. The quotation sets out scope, support channels, response windows, updates, backups and what counts as additional development.
Who owns the website or software?
Ownership, source code access, credentials and handover are set out in the project agreement. Third-party platforms, licensed components and subscription services retain their own terms. Discuss any specific ownership requirement before accepting the quotation.
Can you take over an existing project?
Often, after a technical review. We need authorised access to the code, hosting, documentation and relevant accounts to assess quality, outstanding work and security concerns before agreeing a takeover scope.
Can you improve existing software?
Yes, where the existing system is accessible and suitable for further development. We review the code, architecture, dependencies and user needs, then recommend a focused improvement, integration or rebuild based on the findings.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting setup and ongoing management can be scoped for websites and applications. We explain provider costs, account ownership, backups, renewal responsibilities and the agreed support arrangement before launch.
Can you build mobile apps?
We can scope customer and staff applications for Android, iOS or a mobile-friendly web experience. Device features, offline behaviour, distribution and store requirements help determine the appropriate approach.
Do you provide SEO?
Yes. Services can include technical SEO, on-page improvements, useful content planning and appropriate local search work. Scope depends on the website and business goals. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or a fixed number of leads.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations and feedback. Your quotation includes a proposed delivery plan and milestones. We identify external dependencies and explain how changes or delayed approvals affect the schedule.
Do you require full payment upfront?
Projects can use milestone-based payments. The deposit, review milestones, final payment and launch conditions are agreed in the quotation and project agreement; no universal payment percentage applies.
Can you integrate payment gateways?
We can assess supported providers such as PayFast, Paystack or Yoco for your business and platform. Availability, onboarding, settlement rules, fees and supported payment methods must be confirmed with the provider.
Can you build PayFast integrations?
Yes, subject to PayFast account access, the chosen platform and the current integration requirements. The project should test payment notifications, successful and unsuccessful payments, order reconciliation and relevant refund flows.
Can we add features later?
Yes. We can phase a project around a useful first release and keep an agreed backlog. Additional features are reviewed for technical impact, cost and timing before development, rather than assumed to be included in the original price.
